  • For tenancies starting mid-month the discount will apply to the first full month’s payment, part months will be charged to the tenant pro rata.   
  • If the tenancy is reduced to a 6 month tenancy for any reason by Girlings or the tenant then the discount will be reduced to the equivalent of 50% of one month’s rent. 
  • A holding deposit will be required to secure the property, this will be used against future rent payments.   
  • The tenant will be responsible for paying the security deposit where required.
