We aim to match you with the most suitable property based upon your means and requirements. Once you have informed us of your requirements we will keep you updated with suitable properties as they become available.

Don’t forget, our list of available properties changes regularly; so if there is nothing available in your preferred area today, there may well be tomorrow. Contact us now and we will link you to the property, town or area of your choice.

How do you keep me informed?
After you have contacted us, we create a profile in our computer system using the details you have given us and you are assigned a personal ‘T’ reference number which is used on all correspondence. Rest assured we will never pass your details on to a third party.
Based on your requirements, we utilise our unique, computerised Property Matching Form to find the most suitable properties for your needs. As and when a property becomes available, we let you know either by letter or via your email address. The letter could be once a week, or at longer intervals, dependent upon whether your choice of property, town or area is available. You are able to change these criteria at any time.
You may wish to receive information by email which gives you the opportunity to receive details of available properties instantly. Our automated email system is able to locate, match and send available properties every day, so you are one step closer to finding your dream property. Just let our Lettings Team know if you would like to sign up to receive automated emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How do I reserve a property?
To reserve a property you will need to pay a reservation fee of £300; £100 of which goes towards your deposit when your tenancy starts. In the unlikely event that you change your mind during the seven days after reserving the property, the fee will be refunded less a handling charge of £50. After seven days, the reservation fee in non-refundable.
What is included in my rent?
Your rent includes the service charge and maintenance, which includes the cost of the House Manager; 24 hour emergency Careline; the upkeep and cleaning of common areas; the upkeep of the external areas, including the gardens; external window cleaning; lift maintenance; insurance of the building and in many case the cost of water is also included.
