If you decided to register with us as a prospective tenant we may ask you for information related to your preferences which will help us to find you a suitable property.
Landlords registering their properties with us may also be asked for personal information to assist us in letting their property.
Most of the personal information we use comes directly from you but with your consent we may also obtain information from other sources too, such as medical and financial references and credit reference agencies when you decide to rent one of our properties.
It may be that you provide us details of credit or debit cards or bank accounts in making payment to us. Any such information (confidential financial information) will be disclosed only in accordance with the disclosure policy below.
If you enter a competition or promotion we may ask your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
Why do we need your personal information?
Our main use of personal information is for handling your letting/tenancy and dealing with your day to day enquiries. So it is very important that the information we use is correct.
