Silver Birch Court is situated close to the main shopping centre and local amenities.

Cheshunt is a largely modern town and lies just to the west of the River Lee and Lee Valley Park. The town has a good out-of-town retail park, including one of the largest Marks and Spencer retail outlets in Hertfordshire.

There are good rail links and the nearby A10 proffers good links to both Cambridge and London.
