Spinners Court is ideally situated in the middle of the town, close to the shops and all other necessary amenities. However, it does have a peaceful side as the Lancaster canal runs within twenty yards of the front door.

Within the Spinners Court complex is a large car park for residents use. The residents lounge is popular and well used during the day.
