Valley View is located approximately one mile from the centre of the town which offers excellent shopping facilities including a market, library, museum and art centre.

Axminster is a thriving market town in picturesque East Devon near the border of Somerset and Dorset. The town derives its name from the River Axe and is famous for its tradition of fine carpets first produced in 1775 by Thomas Whittey. The area has much to attract the geologist, botanist and field naturalist. It is one of the most unspoilt and beautiful parts of Devon and is only a few miles from the coastal towns of Lyme Regis, Seaton and Sidmouth. There is a main line station to Waterloo and the M5 is easily accessible at junctions 25 (Taunton) and 30 (Exeter).
