McKernan Court is ideally located close to the Meadow Shopping Centre, which houses a Tesco Extra hypermarket and a Marks and Spencer, reputably two of the largest in the country. Local shops and amenities are nearby including a chemist, doctor’s surgery and post office.

Sandhurst is bordered, on the south, by the River Blackwater and several of the Yately Lakes along its course are within the parish, notably Trilakes with its country park offering a wealth of recreational activities.

There are excellent transport connections, with the M3 and M4 within easy reach. Sandhurst railway station in on the line that serves Gatwick, Guildford and Reading, with onward connections to London and further afield.
