Homesea House has a convenient location within easy level walking distance of local shops in Elm Grove and numerous amenities in Southsea itself. Regular bus services are close to hand with Portsmouth Railway Station approximately 1 mile distant.

Southsea, with its elegant Victorian villas, distinctive independent shops and a number of large chain stores, also has an impressive array of restaurants which all contribute to conveying a friendly 'village' feel to visitors.
