Southport is an elegant seaside town in Lancashire. The town lies approximately 17 miles north of Liverpool. There are the famous sands and the Promenade which is almost a mile in length which contains beautiful floral displays.

Southport is one of the most popular seaside resorts in England. It hosts varied events including an annual air show and the largest independent flower show in the UK. The town is at the centre of England's Golf Coast and has hosted The Open Championship at the Royal Birkdale Golf Club in the past.
