Cliff Court is ideally situated close to local shops and amenities including a post office and doctors surgery. There is a bus stop a short walk from the development which serves the town centre. Immediately opposite Cliff Court is the coastal footpath leading to Sandown beach.

Sandown seafront is just yards from the town's shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, with easy level walking along the broad promenades and sea wall. You will find deckchairs, beach huts, water sports and the pier, which dates from 1879 and now provides all-weather amusements and the opportunity to walk out over the sea, which is just as exciting for today's visitors as it was to the Victorians.
