Bower House is attached to the old Manor House which is set in wooded surroundings and landscaped grounds. The local shops and post office are only a short walk away. The area is well served by a good bus service. Road access is excellent, with the development being within easy reach of the M53.

Upton is situated towards the tip of the Wirral Peninsula, equidistant between the estuaries of the Dee and the Mersey. A few minutes from the towns of Birkenhead, Wallasey and the golfing centre and seaside resort of Hoylake with its two mile wide beach. Upton is an ideal centre from which to explore the North Wirral Coastal Park and the Wirral Country Park. The open countryside of Cheshire and the ancient walled town of Chester are within easy reach.
