Rental Services For Prospective Tenants

We aim to match you with the most suitable property based upon your means and requirements.  Once you have informed us of your requirements we will keep you updated with suitable properties as they become available.

The majority of the properties are available on Assured Tenancies, giving you security for as long as you wish.  The rental prices are inclusive of the service charge and ground rent, which amongst others covers the cost of the House Manager, window cleaning, upkeep, cleaning and insurance of the building, and usually the water rates. 

To reserve a property you will need to pay a reservation fee; a proportion of which will go towards your deposit.  In the unlikely event that you change your mind during the seven days after reserving the property, the fee will be refunded less a handling charge.  After seven days, the reservation fee is non-refundable.
