Either with Girlings' help, or on your own, you find a suitable retirement property, usually a one bedroom apartment within a purpose built retirement development, which may be on the market for sale. Provided the property meets Girlings' criteria for quality and price etc., and is in a professionally managed development, we can then proceed to negotiate the purchase of the property and rent it to you on a life time tenancy. You will then have the home of your choice with no capital outlay and no maintenance worries. All you have to do is choose your new home and enjoy your retirement!
