Our 'Tenancy Service' covers all aspects of the letting process.  We can suggest suitable rent levels, market your property, obtain references from suitable tenants, prepare tenancy agreements, implement rent reviews, and monitor the tenancy throughout the term.

If you opt for the 'Accounts Service' package everything will be taken care of for you - collecting rents, paying the service charge and ground rent, even managing small repairs for you.  Your net rent will be credited automatically to your bank account each month.

• Your property will be made available through the property search facility on this website.  The website also contains a section for you to see the progress we are making in marketing your property.

• Our database holds details of hundreds of people looking for retirement housing to rent.

• Girlings have been approved by the Royal British Legion as authorised providers of accommodation for their retired members.  We are also members of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents), and ARHM (Association of Retirement Housing Managers).
